NPEI operates as a Local Distribution Company (LDC) in the Province of Ontario. Our valid Electricity Distribution License is issued by the Ontario Energy Board.

NPEI has several service areas. They are as follows:

• City of Niagara Falls
• Town of Lincoln
• Township of West Lincoln
• Town of Pelham
