Please be advised that the NPEI offices will be closed on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 for Canada Day. We will reopen on Thursday, July 2 at 8:30 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To report a power outage or a downed powerline, please call our 24-hour emergency service at 1-877-270-3938.
Customers can always check their account balance by calling our Automated Account Balance Lookup at 1-877-601-3899.
