Make the Switch, Make a Difference!

Our 2025 eBill Campaign has concluded! We'd like to thank everyone who made the switch during our 2025 eBill Campaign and helped to make a difference in our communities!

For each customer who enrolled in eBillling during the campaign period, NPEI pledged to donate $10 to a charitable foundation in our service territory – Niagara Falls, Pelham, Lincoln and West Lincoln. For this eBill Campaign, NPEI donated the funds raised from our 2025 campaign to Food4Kids Niagara.

Food4Kids Niagara provides packages of healthy food for elementary school students with little or no access to food during the weekend and summer months.
