Residents can save with Save on Energy’s Peak Perks program. You’ll be rewarded for reducing your energy use when demand for electricity in Ontario is high in the summer summer.
Participants in Peak Perks save with their smart thermostats by participating in brief, time-limited thermostat adjustments during periods of peak electricity demand that can occur on the hottest summer days.
Participants receive a $75 electronic prepaid Mastercard when they enroll in Peak Perks. You’ll also receive a $20 electronic prepaid Mastercard for each additional year you remain enrolled, beginning in 2024.*
* Program participants who enrolled by September 30, 2024 will receive their $20 incentive for continued enrollment in 2025.

Save on Energy and Enbridge Gas, supported by the Ontario government, have partnered to deliver this new program to help Ontarians improve their home efficiency and comfort. Whether you heat your home with natural gas or electricity, this new program offers significant rebates for energy-efficient upgrades like insulation, heat pumps, smart thermostats, solar panels and more.
