Make the Switch, Make a Difference!

We have launched our 2026 eBill Campaign! From October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, NPEI invites its customers who are currently receiving paper bills to make a difference by switching to paperless billing (eBilling). For each customer who enrolls in eBillling during this period, NPEI will donate $10 to a charitable foundation that supports our service territory – Niagara Falls, Pelham, Lincoln and West Lincoln. 

For this eBill Campaign, NPEI will be donating the funds raised to Pathstone Mental Health. Pathstone Mental Health is a community-based mental health agency in the Niagara Region that provides free mental health and addiction services for children, youth and their families. You can sign up for eBilling by registering for the MyAccount Customer Portal

eBilling is a free, secure and convenient way to receive your bill each month. Customers always have the ability to download and print their bill if needed.
