eBill Campaign
Make the Switch, Make a Difference!
We have launched our 2025 eBill Campaign! From September 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, NPEI invites its customers who are currently receiving paper bills to make a difference by switching to paperless billing (eBilling). For each customer who enrolls in eBillling during this period, NPEI will donate $10 to a charitable foundation in our service territory – Niagara Falls, Pelham, Lincoln and West Lincoln. For this eBill Campaign, NPEI will be donating the funds raised to Food4Kids Niagara.
Food4Kids Niagara provides packages of healthy food for elementary school students with little or no access to food during the weekend and summer months.
